Scrum helps us foster this relationship. With you as the Product Owner, you have control over the product backlog, you have the power to set our priorities – you are brought into the development cycle as an integral part of the team.

We’re not interested in squeezing as much capital out of you from the outset. Being fair and honest is the best form of investment. Repeat business and a good working relationship are far more appealing to us than over estimating or under delivering.
