Stuart Harris has been writing software since 1988 – for the last 15 years on the Microsoft platform. He has a passion for software development, which he sees as a craft and is constantly refining techniques distilled from the best ideas of the software community. Stuart has been a technical driving force behind many innovative projects and helped form Red Badger in order to foster an environment where the best developers are unimpeded in their bid to create truly great software.

Cain Ullah has 9 years of experience as a Business Consultant/Project Manager specialising in Agile delivery. He likes to create teams with a good dynamic, encouraging them to stay motivated and focused on delivery whilst ensuring they’re fun to work in. Cain loves to solve problems and believes that working in open, fair partnerships is the key to solving those problems successfully.

David Wynne has been working professionally as a software developer for over 12 years, 5 of those at Microsoft in the UK, USA and around Europe. He has lead teams, introduced Scrum into organisations and presented at community events. David has an appetite for details and loves working with clients and end-users in order to truly understand what’s important to them.
